UK POSTAGE COSTS

Standard Delivery option:  Royal Mail 24 Tracked FREE

This postage option is used for all my  jewellery and Suncatchers. 

 

DISPATCH TIMES

Your order is handmade & shipped ONLY WITHIN the UK at this time.

My handcrafted nature inspired jewellery is made to order and is dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Custom made jewellery is made to order and dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks. 

If you require a quicker turnaround please email me at Becky@flutterbuyzstudio.com before purchasing to ensure I am able to work within your time scale.

PACKAGING

Each item of jewellery is presented on a printed greeting style card with care instructions on the back. Your jewellery will come with a polishing cloth and finished in an organza bag and cello bag to protect it on its journey.

I post using a large letter letterbox friendly cardboard pip box. If ordering more than one piece of jewellery the items will be packaged together in one pip box.

DELAYED ITEMS

Royal Mail does not consider items lost until 10 working days has passed.
Usually items that are delayed in the postal system do arrive within this time frame.
I understand how frustrating it can be waiting for an item to arrive but I appreciate you being patient as Royal Mail do sometimes have delays due to adverse weather, staff illness and at busy times such as Christmas which are out of my control.
