My nature inpspired and botanical jewellery is mostly made to order so I have a dispatch time of 3 to 5 working days.

UK POSTAGE ONLY

I only post within the UK at this time.
All items will be sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked Delivery.
**Please note this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service but most items arrive the next day or within a day or two normally.

ROYAL MAIL SERVICE DELAYS

Royal Mail delivery times occasionally take longer to arrive than normal due to factors out of my control such as bad weather, staffing issues due to illness and busy times such as Christmas
Please be patient and allow extra time for your items to arrive.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET

Royal Mail does not consider items lost until 10 working days has passed.
Usually items that are delayed in the postal system do arrive within this time frame.
I understand how frustrating it can be waiting for an item to arrive but I appreciate you being patient in this situation.
If you have any problems with a delayed order please contact me.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

Each piece of custom made jewellery is unique and made to your specification.
When ordering a piece of jewellery I will confirm all personalised details with you before starting the item and I will keep you updated with the progress of your piece.

I work to a very high standard and take lots of care when making your jewellery.
Please note each piece is unique and handcrafted by me from start to finish.
No two pieces will be completely identical due to the handmade nature of my jewellery.
The layout may appear slightly different to my example photographs depending on your specific requirements.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY SILVER?

Silver is a soft metal and does scratch and dent easily, it is more likely to scratch if metal sits on metal or it gets knocked.

Please handle your silver jewellery with care and remove when showering, swimming, gardening & doing manual work.

Avoid spraying perfume or body creams near your silver jewellery.
I recommend putting your jewellery on after using perfume & make up to avoid tarnishing the item.

Care for your silver jewellery by polishing gently with the soft cloth provided when necessary.

If your jewellery has black patina to bring out the design details please DO NOT clean your jewellery in a silver dip or bath as this will strip the patina detail off the charm.

Sterling silver does tarnish & it is recommended to keep the jewellery in an air tight plastic bag when not wearing to slow down the tarnish.
Rubbing the silver jewellery gently with a soft cloth will remove tarnish and bring back the shine.

ARE YOUR ITEMS HALLMARKED?

All silver jewellery weighing over 7.78 grams has to be hallmarked as a legal requirement in the UK.

At present all my jewellery weighs below the 7.78 grams threshold so will not be hallmarked.

If you would like more detail regarding jewellery hallmarking within the UK please take a look at the London assay office dealers notice in the link below.
