I hope you will be pleased with your order but if you wish to return your item for any reason please contact me within in 14 days of delivery in the first instance and please return to me within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please note personalised and custom orders can not be returned for a refund unless faulty as they are made to your specification.

Please note I do not offer exchanges.Β If you require a different item it will need to be purchased once the return has been completed.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the event of an item arriving in a damaged condition please take photos of any damaged packaging before opening and also photos of the damaged jewellery item.Β
Please contact me via email at Becky@flutterbuyzstudio.com within 7 days of receiving the item so I am aware of the damage and so I can help rectify the issue as quickly as possible for you.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RETURNING AN ITEM
- Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to notify me of your intention to return the item.Β
-- Unless the item is damaged or faulty (see above) please be aware that buyers are responsible for return postage costs.Β
I recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery
- Please package your item in the original packaging where possible and ensure the item is received unworn and in its original condition.Β Please note the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return from the Post Office.
β’ Please enclose a note with your contact and order details and ensure it is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
I will issue the refund within 3 days of the return being received.
